Returns
While we hope you will be very happy with your purchase we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. You can either send the goods you wish to return to the MeMe Online Returns Department at the address below within 14 days of receipt. A refund will then be processed within a week of us receiving the return, this may take up to 28 working days to be visible in your acoount.
Please note that in the interest of hygiene, items will not be refunded unless they have remained in their original wrapping. Items must not be soiled, damaged, or smell of smoke, perfume and please ensure the garment is free from any make-up, tan or deodrant marks.
All faulty or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 working days of receiving the item.
We will not under any circumstances accept goods that have been damaged or soiled in any way. Items that are not deemed in a saleable condition will not be processed for a refund and will be returned to the sender of said goods.
In all cases, items returned must be in original packaging and condition and all items will be inspected on return.
Items returned are your responsibility until they reach our returns department so please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage.
